A key challenge facing the current and the next generation of biodynamic and regenerative farmers is long-term, affordable access to land. This workshop will give an overview of the principles and challenges of farmland protection, stewardship, and succession will and share success stories from the work of land trusts and other innovative organizations working to address these challenges. Should farmland be viewed as a commons that no one can own individually? Can investors play a positive role in securing farmland for the next generation?
