Often it is crisis that throws us into turmoil and ultimately sends us in a new direction. At a certain point most of us want to feel less thrown about and more firmly in the driver’s seat. In the sea of choices that lay before most of us, at any given moment, really, can we feel clearer about the course of life that is right for us? Is it possible to develop a more objective view of the road? To know which way to turn? You bet! It can help to think of life itself as a map. Through the practice of biography work, it is possible to know where we’re going, individually and as a whole. In this workshop, we’ll do some life charting and engage in socially artistic activity, including conversation.
