Bio

Carolyn Pace is local food connector out of Denver. She is currently managing the Colorado Food Hub Network, a group of 4 producer co-ops and food hubs building a regional food system. Her background in local food logistics and sales comes from Tufts University, and from working at Cabot Creamery Co-op in Vermont. Before moving to Colorado for love and rock climbing, she managed the Sun Valley region of Idaho’s Bounty Co-op. She also works for MM Local Foods, and recently joined the board for Nourish Community Food Co-op, a grocery store co-op. With her work and her volunteer time, her motto is dollars are votes, and we can cast a ballot for the world we want to see.
