Devon G. Peña, Ph.D. is Co-Founder and President of The Acequia Institute and manages the foundation's 181-acre 'almunyah' in the bottomlands of Viejo San Acacio, CO. Since 1999 he has served as Professor of American Ethnic Studies, Anthropology, and the Program on the Environment at the University of Washington-Seattle.
