Bio

Jose Ma. Anguiano Cardenas has a PhD in biological and agricultural sciences University of Nayarit, México. Dr. Anguiano has more than 20 years experience in sustainable agriculture systems and more than 15 scientific publications. Since 2010, he has been a trainer and consultant for biodynamic avocado farmers in Michoacan. He is currently also an adviser in sustainable and biodynamic farming in 40 different orchards, with more than 4,500 hectares of citrus, palm, avocado, apple, and pecan trees; vegetables crops, alfalfa, grass, and corn forage, located in Chihuahua, Michoacán, Jalisco, Colima, México and Guanajuato states. In the spring of 2016, he presented at the Spirit of Sustainable Agriculture at Harvard Divinity School. Dr. Anguiano is associate professor at the University of Environment in México and is an independent researcher.
