If you would like to host a mealtime meetup or discussion at the 2016 North American Biodynamic Conference, please login at the top of this page, and then complete the form below.

There are six times for meetups and discussions available:

  • Friday dinner
  • Saturday breakfast
  • Saturday lunch
  • Saturday dinner
  • Sunday breakfast
  • Sunday lunch

Each meetup will be assigned a table or group of tables in the ballroom. Lunch and dinner meetups will begin 1/2 hour after the meal starts so that you have time to get your food and bring it to the table. Please note that conference meals must be purchased in advance when you register online or by calling 262-649-9212 x2.

Meetup topics and locations will be posted publicly during the conference. We request that as a host, you stay at your assigned table for the entire hour of any meetup or discussion that you are hosting.
