Cory Eichman began apprenticing on biodynamic farms in 1992. In 1997 he co-founded the Saugeen River CSA in Durham, Ontario. Currently, he is the sole manager of this 80-acre mixed farm, with a 5-acre market garden worked with draft horses. During the slower months, he teaches three online courses through the Biodynamic Association: "The Individuality of the Farm", "Digging Deeper: Cosmic and Earthly Evolution for Farmers", and "Where Inner Work Meets Outer Work: A Self-Development Course for Farmers".
