Gabriel Noard's experience ranges from Biodynamic certification, to USDA training, to Holistic Financial Planning. His lifelong involvement in sustainable agriculture has led him to focus on growing native perennial medicinal herbs. For those interested in becoming herb farmers, he has developed a comprehensive career training program to advance the supply of U.S. grown herbs. His recent efforts in organic and Biodynamic medicinal herb production have won him numerous grants, and a national award for “Best Farm Start Up” of the United States. Pangaea Plants is the first farm in western North Carolina to be certified Biodynamic, and is now the largest certified Biodynamic medicinal herb farm in the Southeast.
