Megan Parks grew up camping in the piney woods of east Texas and is passionate about helping people heal by reconnecting to the living earth. After a nearly 20-year career as an oil and gas executive, a series of synchronicities led her to embark on her current path of sacred entrepreneurship. Among the companies she has co-founded and nurtured are Soil Health Exchange, a social benefit corporation helping farmers and ranchers convert to regenerative practices, and AMB Parks Consulting, a creative consultancy focused on soil health, innovative compliance efforts, biomimicry, and ecological valuation strategies. She serves on the board of Blackwood Educational Land Institute, a 33-acre teaching farm in Waller County, Texas, where she and her daughter can escape urban life to run wild and free.
