In this workshop we will learn from the ownership structure of three very different but equally innovative businesses. Cecil Wright helped start an organic maple syrup company organized as a multi-stakeholder co-op with classes of membership for producers, customers, investors and employees. Wali Via’s biodynamic CSA is organized as an LLC owned by three different families who all live on the property. Clifford Kurz created a non-profit ownership structure for a large and successful skin care company. Come learn and share your own innovative models.
