The biodynamic preparations are one of Rudolf Steiner’s extraordinary gifts to humanity. Made from fermented manure, minerals and herbs, these potentized ‘earth medicines’ are used by biodynamic farmers in compost and as field sprays to help restore the vital life forces of the farm and to enhance the nutrition, quality and flavor of the food being raised. They are especially important in our age when there are so many toxic influences impeding the health of soil, plants and animals. In this workshop we will provide a comprehensive overview of the nine biodynamic preparations. How are they made? What is the basis for their agricultural use and effectiveness? When and how are they to be used? Don’t miss this opportunity to have all your questions about the biodynamic preparations--theoretical and practical--answered.
