Embracing the Elements

In this all-day pre-conference workshop, we will explore and engage in the nature of earth, water, fire, and air through story, song, movement, and art, and build connection with the life forms surrounding the buildings of the conference center. The process then can be used to create rituals to honor Life in all its forms. Together, we will create an Embracing the Elements ritual and offer this as a guided, participatory ceremony to all interested children and adults on Friday morning. The ritual will serve as a bridge for families arriving on Friday to enter into the conference community.
