Having successfully avoided enlisting in any one career for as long as he possibly could, John-Scott Legg’s abiding interest and concern with literature, history, philosophy, farming, and food and how these are connected with the mental, spiritual, and physical health (or lack thereof) of today’s world and his own person eventually evolved, somehow, into work mostly devoted to the printed (and pixilated) word. He has been a teacher, cook, truck-driver, general laborer, farmer’s market attendant, editor, copywriter, homesteader, and private scribbler.
