Prior to completing the volunteer application, please take a few moments to review the conference schedule and make a note of the conference events you are especially interested in attending. Please keep these in mind as you make your selections. We will do our best to schedule your volunteer shifts outside of these event times.
To save a draft of your application, log in (or create an account) at the top of this page before you begin. Your application will not be considered until you have completed all the required questions and clicked "submit."
If you successfully complete 8 hours of volunteering at the conference you will receive a refund for $125 off the price you paid. All refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conference.
Volunteer positions will be granted on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified via email on a rolling basis within 4 business days of application submission.
