Three month internship: Sept. through until Thanksgiving (Can begin as early as August 18) at Meadowlark Hearth in western Nebraka:
Focal points: Vegetable Seed Harvest, threshing and cleaning, Dairying, Field preparation on certified organic and biodynamic 492 acre farm with range land. Also included will be the autumn harvest for our year round CSA vegetable production.
40 hours per week of hands on experience plus 4 hours of formal instruction each week in biodynamic and organic farming and gardening as well as processing of dairy products and vegetables: Lactic Fermentation ie sour kraut and kim chee, as well as drying.

Intern will receive:
Room and board (valued at $400 per month)
Instruction (valued at $480 per month)
Stipend of $400 per month if there is a commitment for 3 months.
Interns must provide their own health insurance and protection.
