We have all the seeds ordered and will start seedlings inside in Feb. for who ever decides to show up. The farm does most of the cover crop planting and  macro tillage for the garden and provides a healthy amount of Biodynamic Dairy compost for them. The garden has a 30 hp Kubota with your basic set\up of implements, bed shaper, Falc spader, diggers, cultivators, harrows... There are 2 - 400 sq. ft. green houses, 1 with heat and we will be building a high tunnel whether or not a gardener shows up in April / May. We strive to maintain good relationships between farmers and gardeners, between land workers and the community. A great number of the people with special needs here find the garden as their primary occupation and would love to have somebody come and work with them.
