Join us in New Orleans! We’re headed to the Big Easy this October 23-25 for the third annual Chefs Collaborative National Summit. We’ll be butchering pigs, stuffing sausages, examining the nuances of sustainability as applied to the Gulf of Mexico, seafood, and meat production; we’ll be learning, networking, and, well, partying as only a group of 300 chefs and culinary professionals from around the country can do.
