Support your children to reduce stress through imagination and creativity, face fears through courage, and transform anxiety into calm determination
The High School Years APR 4, 7-8:30pm
Assist your teen in navigating the waters of peer pressure, cope with stress and reduce anxiety through grounding and healthy relationships, and strengthen in relation to drug and alcohol pressures
