Join Brooks' Biodynamic Estate Gardener, Shannon Mayhew, for a bouquet-making class! Arrange flowers from the Brooks Estate Garden while enjoying lite snacks and sipping on specially selected white and red wine.
The flowers will be cut before the class, and guests will receive a vase for their boquet. Shannon will give tips on bouquet making as well as seasonal flowers. Wine and snacks from the garden are included with this experience.
