From Fruit to Jam: From 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sally Voris will demonstrate the process of turning fruit into jam. Participants will tour the berry bushes--currant, gooseberry and black raspberry. Participants will pick and wash berries and then work with Sally to transform the fruit into jars of jam. Jam will be available for sale.
From 6:00 to 7:00 we will take a bring-your-own picnic break.
Cost will be $12/person/ program, with a two dollar discount for members and another $2.00 discount for registering and paying on-line.
