Use fresh goat’s milk in the kitchen to make a variety of goat milk products such as Chèvre, Yogurt and Ricotta. This is a hands-on workshop where participants will help prepare the goat milk goods from start to finish as they are learning. New this year, we will also cover, how to make goat milk ice cream! Yum!
