Introduction to Fermenting Foods for Health: From 7:00 p.m.to 9:00 p.m. Jon Lusby will demonstrate how to make fermented foods to promote health: miso, kimchi with veggies picked fresh from the garden and a beverage.

Cost will be $12/person/ program, with a two dollar discount for members and another $2.00 discount for registering and paying on-line. 

White Rose Farm uses biodynamic practices to grow the best food that we can imagine. The farm is focused on connecting people to the beauty, bounty and balance of Nature.
