Kick off the season with a hands-on intensive workshop focused on care and rearing of biennial seed crops; carrots, brassicas, beets, etc. Come ready to plant overwintered carrots, cabbage, onions and beets. We'll cover basics about over-wintering whole plants and roots in a harsh climate, basic crop planning, isolation and population needs for Seed Work.
