This course is designed for experienced growers and farmers but we will welcome everyone interested in seed. We'll focus on seed production techniques for many crops, learn how to initiate and carry out seed contracts, and figure out how to weave Seed onto a working farm, how to choose what to grow to seed in relation to your climate etc. Come prepared with questions and expect many hands-on activities. You'll have the chance to see various small and mid-scale tools.
Come by Friday and get settled camping, Friday night introduction to the workshop, ready to participate early Saturday morning, 8 am - 5 pm talks by vegetable seed breeders and selectors from various seed companies/organizations from around the US

We will have fun too while working on harvesting and threshing seed! Dancing on the seed at 4: pm Sunday with live music and a potluck afterward. Invite friends and family!
