We will cover the introduction to conflict resolution module using a process that leads toward consensus, then practice the module using the issue of setting up a consensus institute in the Mendocino County region for this coming year. This will include developing the relationship skills of equalizing power and fostering respectful listening skills. We will also help the participants understand the dynamics of conflict resolution, leading to a process that consistently resolves issues. Finally, we will practice this process with the issue of establishing a consensus institute for the next year in Mendocino County.
Anyone interested in gathering with an inspired group, please join us! It's a special opportunity for learning new perspectives, insights and knowledge, for striving towards thinking out of the box, and to develop knowledge and techniques that may help us move towards envisioning sustainable solutions for our challenges individually and as a whole.
