Buttermilk Falls CSA (at Philadelphia Community Farm est. 1989 in Osceola, Wisconsin) seeks apprentice farmer/s on pastoral community farm stewarding a thirty-year old CSA. Located on over 300 acres of land in conservation on the St. Croix River of Western Wisconsin, this is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial person or people who wish to develop farmers market, flower and/or herbal components of the farm, and help run the 100 member CSA. Folks with experience in biodynamic gardening, Waldorf or Montessori education, mechanical aptitude and those a desire to learn by working alongside our farmer make the best fit. Participation in all aspects of residential community lifesharing based on Camphill model preferred. Commitment to courageous communication, open-mind and heart and liberation for all people required.
