Farm Takeover in Northeastern California

I'm looking for a couple, family, group of friends, intentional community in the making, or other stable, reliable set of two or more humans to take the baton and conduct the symphony that is this farm as I get older and scale down. It's in Surprise Valley, tucked just at the corner of California where Oregon and Nevada meet. 10 acres of pasture (25 more possible adjoining) with water rights, an acre or so of previously cultivated organic garden, two high tunnels, a pole barn, spring fed pond, year-round creek running through in a wildlife-loving riparian corridor, small old very sweet farmhouse, solarium/chicken coop/office/guest room, travel trailer for staying in or turning into a tiny home, small rustic campground, well water that comes out at about 104 degrees F, 40 acres of wild nature with sweeping views, and more. It's at the edge of the Great Basin's sagebrush steppe - 4750' elevation, USDA zone 6B, average annual precip about 18". The community is small but populated by artists, organic farmers, holistic grazers, musicians, makers, dreamers, and doers. It's one of the few remote rural communities in the US with decent internet, thanks to one of these doers. It's a special place and I am looking for serious, responsible, loving, intelligent, experienced stewards. Lease at first with option to buy within 5 years. Terms very reasonable at $600/month for one household, $1000 for two, $1200 for three households. Please spread the word among careful, respectful people looking to set down rural roots and see the Milky Way almost every night, so close you feel like you could touch it.
