The Garden Manager oversees our one-acre annual vegetable and flower garden operation. This includes seed and supply ordering, sowing, transplanting, cultivating, harvesting, storing, and everything in between. The Garden Manager heads crews to accomplish all these tasks, working side-by-side with individuals of mixed abilities. At least two full seasons of experience working on an organic or Biodynamic garden are required. Some tractor experience would be a benefit but not required. Some knowledge of Biodynamics would also be helpful but again not a requirement.
