Highland Realm Biodynamic Blueberry farm is seeking full-time and part-time employees for this blueberry season! Highland Realm sits on 200 acres tucked in the hills of Hampshire, Tennessee. We have 3 acres of blueberries to cultivate, process and sell, there are a wide range of duties available including:
Store Manager: Seeking an organized and upbeat individual to sort and record berry inventory, manage orders, coordinate with pickers and help keep our berry shop in order. Some field work and and farm duties to be performed as necessary as we prepare for the season.
Farmhands: Duties include gardening, weeding, pruning, mulching, planting etc. Knowledge of farming practices and the ability to use a mower, tractor, weed-eater preferred.
