Full-time position for experienced organic/biodynamic farmer/gardener starts immediately.
Guaranteed salary of $50,000 a year to start.
4-acre property in SE WI with successful anthroposophic-homeopathic pharma manufacturing company employing 20 people.
Your job: build a permaculture paradise to promote food security by growing and processing vegetables, small fruits and a few apple and pear trees. Include chickens, sheep/goats and/or a cow for milk and manure. Grounds maintenance as needed. Construct fencing as needed.
A do-able plan will be worked out together and help will be provided as needed. Looking for a motivated person with long-term prospects.
Educate farm helpers in basic skills.
You would join us in off-season to work in Uriel Production Dept.
Willing to invest in needed equipment/facilities to be productive and efficient.
Need YOU to be experienced, a good communicator, emotionally mature and collaborative. No drugs.
