How can I enlarge the journal to full screen?

Click on the journal image to enlage to full screen. To exit the full-screen view, use your keyboard's "esc" key or click the "x" on the right of the upper navigation bar.

Are there any other ways to view the journal?

The default view is "magazine view," with two facing pages, but you can also choose "presentation view" or "paper view" by clicking on the icon to the left of the printer icon in the upper navigation bar.

Presentation view shows one page at a time.

Paper view also shows one page at a time, but does so in a different viewer with somewhat different navigation buttons. (Some people have found the paper view easier to read, as the zoom feature is easier to control. The navigation hints on this page pertain to the magazine view, but there are similar options available in paper view as well.)

How do I move between pages?

There are a number of ways to flip pages or move to other sections of the journal. You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard, or the arrow icons on the sides or in the middle of the upper navigation bar. You can also click on the page images in the lower navigation bar to move to those particular pages.

Can I print out particular pages of the journal to read offline?

Yes, you can print pages by clicking on the printer icon in the upper navigation bar. This will give you the option to print the left, right, or both pages.

Is there any way to search within the publication?

To search, click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the page, to the left of the current page number. This will take you to the Issuu site, where you can type in your search terms. Every page with those terms will come up as a link.

Can I click on links within the document to go to those web pages?

Yes, this is an exciting feature! Every website URL and email address in the online journal is a hyperlink. When you click on one of these links, a new page will open with that website.

I still have questions. Who can I contact?

Email rebecca@biodynamics.com with any additional questions. We will do our best to answer and then update this FAQ page so that others may see the response.
