BD assistant gardener work-rent exchange P/T Central Calif. Coast

I have a small 2 acre farm that I am transitioning to biodynamics. We are growing over 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers exclusively for one restaurant that is very committed to BD culture. I am offering a new 23 foot travel trailer with full kitchen and bath to a live-on-the-property assistant who can help me three days a week on the farm. We have laying hens, a pig, and honey bees. We have a great deal of support from the community, run a farm stand on site as well, and propagate and sell exotic tomato seedlings in the spring in addition to 12 months a year growing for the restaurant.

Hi I am praying for a win win if you are still looking

for a hard worker..

Hello Fellow Farmer,
We too are in a similar situation but 18 to 28ish months away from the transition and would love to help out where ever I can.
I will keep this short and would love to talk further on phone\e-mail, in person, etc...
I grew up on an acre in Norh Portland Oregon with fruits, vegis and lots of roses, went to work for Horst Mager at the Couch street Fish House in 1983 and currently living in Sonoma county on 3 acres and my beautiful life partner has 5 acres with only a little over 1 acre being utilized at the moment.
We are talking about starting a CSA on some (most) of the property but of course as we are evolving we want to do this right and I am only know starting to read Steiner. (never to work late?).
So currently to pay the bills I work at Parkpoint Health Club (opener from 4am till 9), Hired Hands(personel and private caterer for small in home parties and events), Hemodialysis Technician (per Diem) and We also are just finishing up with the planting of bareroot douglas firs, coast redwoods and white pines for future Christmas trees.
I can promise you I am extremely dependable, quick to learn, take direction well, have more than a willingness to learn and probably one of the hardest working 40yearolds you'll meet.
I hope we can speek further and this e-mail does go threw,
untill then,
peace and blessings on you, your family and your Garden
