A dedicated shuttle is available for one-way and round-trip transportation between the Albany Airport (ALB) and the Sagamore Resort, Tuesday through Sunday, November 19-24. The shuttle ride is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes each way between the airport and the Sagamore. The schedule of pickups and dropoffs will be determined by the hotel once we have gathered most or all of the reservations. You will be notified of your pickup and/or dropoff time in early November based on the flight details you have submitted to us.
A one-way ticket in either direction costs $25 and a round-trip ticket costs $40; both types of ticket include gratuity. Reservations and changes to your reservation may be made by calling Stephen Bleyl at the Sagamore after Nov 1 at 518-743-6018.
Tickets are eligible for refund through October 31, 2019. After that date, no refunds will be given regardless of reason for cancellation. Refunds must be requested in writing to the Biodynamic Association at registrar@biodynamics.com or PO Box 557, East Troy, WI 53120. Refunds received by postal mail must arrive at the BDA office by October 31, 2019.
