If you are not logged in to the site, either as a BDA member or as a registered website user, our server will recognize you only as an anonymous user. In that case, our server will automatically log certain anonymous information, which may include information about the type of browser you use, the server name and IP address, the date and time of access, the pages accessed while on the BDA website, and the internet address of the website, if any, from which you linked directly to the BDA site. This information is not personally identifiable. If you are logged in as a website user, whether or not as a member of the BDA, you will be identifiable to our server by the information you have provided in your user registration. We may analyze site usage to understand what features, pages, and information logged-in users find useful. We will not share personally identifiable information about site activity with third parties unless required by law to do so. Security We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Financial information Credit card and billing information may be collected in order to process memberships, donations, event registrations, and purchases made through our web store. We do not retain your credit card information.
