CSA List

Want to add a CSA to our list? Contact info@biodynamics.com. Include the CSA and farmer's names, all contact information (including web and e-mail addresses), practices followed (biodynamic, organic, etc.), and, if certified, name of certifying agency. Practices (type): O = Organic, BD = Biodynamic, C = Conventional, U = Unknown, D = Demeter Certified Biodynamic
Certification: Agency name listed, otherwise self-certified.
Please note: Most of the farms report that they follow biodynamic practice are not certified by the Demeter Association, the organization charged with certifying Biodynamic® operations within the United States. Indeed, there are very few Demeter-certified CSAs in North America. We urge you to visit any farm, whether Demeter-certified Biodynamic®, non-certified biodynamic, organic, or unspecified, before becoming a member so that you can judge for yourself whether their practices meet with your expectations. Meet the farmer and begin to build the “community” that is central to community supported agriculture! Information about Demeter certification standards is available at www.demeter-usa.org. A list of certified entities may be obtained by e-mailing demeter@peak.org. To sort results: click on "State," "Name," or "City" to sort alphabetically.
