Meeting / Gathering

We invite you to discuss the significant challenges, explore new opportunities and find solutions right alongside farmers and those who care about local food economies, what they eat, how it is grown, and the soil it is grown in. This Conference is a unique opportunity for smaller-acreage producers, farmers, ranchers, chefs, activists, homesteaders, artisan producers, researchers, and educators in Utah to break bread, gain insight, unite, and engage in conversations, workshops, a seed exchange, farm tours, and most importantly, to gather.

All students and friends of Spikenard are invited to join in three days of gratitude and celebration of the bees, the landscape, and our own inner transformation. This is a time we get to know and work with the hives from the periphery through three days of special lectures and activities, art and music making, and tending of sanctuary land, the "body" of the beehive.
