Triform Camphill Community is looking for a gardener to take care of our biodynamic one-acre no till-low till vegetable garden. The ideal candidate would have at least three seasons experience growing on a market scale, be excited to grow alongside people of all abilities to provide for our community of 90+ people and join in many other aspects of community life. This position supports the training and education of people with and without disabilities. Approximately 50-60 hours per week. This is a live-in position with needs met through the community. Position will begin in mid-winter 2026.
Skills/attributes needed include:
Enthusiasm to work with others and collaborate with the landscaping and farm teams
Experience with or willingness to learn about biodynamics
Enthusiasm to join in and support the cultural and spiritual activities of the community
Triform Camphill Community is an organized system of volunteer service and part of the Camphill Movement. The International Camphill movement is a non-sectarian, non-profit organization promoting human services for the care of individuals with developmental disabilities through a cooperative life and social interaction. Triform supports young adults with special needs on their path to greater independence by offering educational, vocational and life skills training programs in a nurturing, residential environment.
