Threshold Farm is seeking applicants for full-time positions on a biodynamic farm/orchard in New York’s Upper Hudson Valley.
Applicants should have some farming experience, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, an interest in biodynamics, mechanical aptitude, interest in livestock (cattle) with a focus on orchards.
We offer housing, a stipend, vegetables and fruit. Potential for long-term involvement on this long-established commercial orchard/farm following the initial training period.
We are a 45-acre mixed farm with seven acres of orchards, cattle and vegetables. We are long-time pioneers in growing fruit, using strictly organic and biodynamic practices. Keyline method used.
Our farm is in Columbia County, N.Y., which has strong community networks. Work history and references required.
