Before registering, you may wish to review the Conference Schedule, the Themed Workshop Descriptions, and Registration Payment and Refund Information. We also request that you review the Conference Community Guidelines and Website Terms & Conditions, and agree to abide by them before you register. If you need assistance registering, please call Tonya at (262) 649-9212 ext. 2.

Become a member & save! ALL Biodynamic Association members receive a discount on conference registration. If you are a member of the Biodynamic Association (BDA), please login to your account prior to beginning your registration. Logging in will enable your member discount. If you don’t remember your login information, please contact us at members@biodynamics.com. You can also reset your password here.

You can join the BDA as a member for as little as $5! If you are interested in becoming a member of the BDA and registering for the conference at a discounted price, please follow these steps:

  1. Become a member at any level. Please complete the membership process before registering for the conference.
  2. Log out of the website after completing your membership payment transaction.
  3. Return to this page, log back in, and complete your registration. Be sure to log back in before you begin your registration after becoming a member, as logging in will enable your member discount.

If you are registering two or more adults, each adult must be registered on a separate registration form and with their own email address (and preferably their own BDA website account). Two adults in the same household may share a membership and take advantage of the member discount, but our office must create the relationship in our system in order for the second adult (who has not purchased the membership) to properly see the member discount. Please call our office with questions or issues with the second adult.

There will be no live children's programming during the 2020 Online Biodynamic Conference. We will soon post our resource guide of self-led activities for children.

Scholarships: Thanks to the contributions of generous and dedicated donors, assistance with conference registration fees is available to those with financial need. Priority will be given to Black, Indigenous, People of Color scholarship applicants. Through the Biodynamic Scholarship Fund, we will award as many scholarships as possible. If you need financial help, we encourage you to apply for a scholarship. The last day to submit an application is November 1. Applications received after November 1 will be kept on a waiting list and considered for award if funds become available. We suggest you register for the Online Conference only after you've received a response about your scholarship application.

Volunteers: Volunteers help our conference run smoothly and efficiently. If you love working with people and have a passion for biodynamics, we would be delighted to have your help! In appreciation for those who volunteer for 6 hours or more during the conference, we offer up to a $125 conference refund (processed within 30 days following the conference). Find out how to apply on our Volunteering page and apply by October 30.

Permission for Use of Video: Note that all sessions of the Online Biodynamic Conference will be audio and video recorded for educational and promotional use. If you have your video turned on, you consent to your image and likeness being used for these purposes. If you wish not to have your image and likeness included on the recordings, please turn off your video.
