This interactive course will include lectures, creative exercises (drawing animal structures, mapping the farm), videos of Fulcrum Farm’s animals and homework assignments to deepen our understanding.
Topics to include animal nutrition, animal shelters, breeding, harvesting, and rotational grazing.
