How to Register
Registration for the 2016 North American Biodynamic Conference is now closed.
Payment, Transfers, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payment is due in full within 7 days of registration. If you do not wish to pay by credit card or PayPal when you register, please mail a check made out to Biodynamic Association to 1661 N Water Street, Suite 307, Milwaukee, WI 53202 and include a copy of your registration confirmation. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. To discuss a payment plan option, contact us by phone or email.
Your registration may be transferred to another person without a processing fee through November 1, 2016. Contact the registrar with a transfer request.
Cancellation requests must be provided by email to email@example.com by November 1, 2016. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive your written request. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will reply by email with a written acknowledgement.
Registration fees are refundable, minus a $20 administrative fee, if a written request is received by November 1, 2016. Due to our financial obligations to the facility and presenters, we are unable to offer any refund for any reason if emailed or postmarked after November 1, 2016. We will issue refunds after the conference is completed.
