Jodie Lindsay Popma has a Masters in Sustainable Food Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder, Bachelors in Computer Science and is a certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner. She is a food systems advocate and a community organizer working at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, regional grain economies, and food policy. She leads the Slow Food Boulder County, where she advances farmer/buyer connections, grain education, and collaborative projects that strengthen Colorado’s grain chain from field to market. She also leads the Slow Grains North America program for Slow Food International.
