In order to access the Directory and other member-only online content:
- you need to be a current member,
- we need your primary email address in your membership record (i.e. you need to use the email address we have on file for you),
- you need to create an account on our website, if you have not already done so, and
- you need to log in to the website so it recognizes you as a member.
See the gray bar toward the top of the website to log in, create a new account or reset your password. You may use either your email address or user ID to log in, plus your password.
Although you may be a long-time member, it’s possible we do not have your current email address on file in your membership record. If you are having trouble logging in, please email your name and email address to email@example.com so we can update your record. Please include your phone number in case we have questions. If your membership may be under another name or have an older email address, please let us know that, too.
