Join us for a day full of conferences, activities and delicious food. We will discuss the importance of having farms that provide healthy food and care for ecosystems by regenerating biodiversity and soils.
We will learn about:
- the astronomical calendar as a guide for farm management, soil fertility, and biodynamic farming.
- Animals and their role in the agricultural organism
- Food from the garden and its preparation
