This workshop and tasting will offer an up-close and personal look at the farming and viticulture practices of what's increasingly considered the greenest and purest form of wine-making. During this two-hour program we'll be joined by Robert Eden, owner of Château Maris in the Languedoc region of southern France, first for an in-depth conversation on how Chateau Maris utilizes biodynamics in their vineyards, their cellar, and in their ground-breaking hemp-brick winery design. After a brief intermission, we will taste five wines from Chateau Maris paired with small plates while Robert discusses the individual wines and their provenance.
