Practical Tools and Solutions for Sustaining Family Farms Conference will be January 22-25, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group’s 29th annual conference provides practical information and tools for new and experienced organic and sustainable producers, young farmers and ranchers, value-added food producers, and those creating more vibrant community food systems in the South. The event offers pre-conference courses and field trips, concurrent conference sessions, a poster session, networking opportunities, and a lively trade show.

The Quivira Coalition, Holistic Management International, and American Grassfed Association will collaborate again to convene ranchers, farmers, environmentalists, land managers, scientists, medical professionals, nutritionists, students, teachers, and others for four days—November 19-22, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico—to explore ideas of Health from the Soil Up.

A day of education, celebration, and dialogue, this 4th annual symposium intends to acknowledge, celebrate and lift up leaders who are women-identified, trans, queer, Indigenous, Black, people of color, and whose identities intersect and transcend these categories. All humans are welcome to participate. The day will focus on nurturing connections to strengthen our collective movement through inter-generational dialogue weaving together policy, advocacy, justice, art, and farming.

The Fellowship of Preparation Makers Gathering 2020 will be held at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute on January 30th  – February 2nd.
