Each year in February, the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America hosts a gathering of early childhood professionals for the purpose of sharing ideas, deepening their understanding, and strengthening their skills. This conference has become the largest professional development event for the Waldorf early childhood movement on this continent, with attendance of 400 participants annually. 

Our conference theme in 2020 is The Art of Educating - Individuality and Community with keynote speaker Lisa Romero from the Inner Work Path in Australia.
