Join us for a virtual small ruminant pasture field day hosted by University of Maryland Extension, Future Harvest, and the Mountains to Bay Grazing Alliance. This event will highlight ongoing small ruminant research at the University of Maryland's Western Maryland Research and Education Center (WMREC). Topics will include an update on ongoing research at WMREC, an overview of forage options for small ruminants, and a virtual tour of the WMREC small ruminant pastures with discussion on setting up a pasture system.
