This online class provides guidance from the Spikenard biodynamic perspective for forming a healthy relationship to the varroa mite and their partners in evolution, the honeybees. A holistic approach to honeybee health will be the point of departure as we discuss our experience working with formic acid, oxalic acid, and ashes over many years at the Honeybee Sanctuary. We will present our mite-count data and research and explore together what the mites can teach us about health and balance in the beehive.
