Threefold Community Farm is seeking a full-time, year-round Dairy Operations Lead to start mid-October 2026
The position will be fully mentored and has the opportunity to grow into more independent leadership roles as skills and competencies are acquired.
Under biodynamic care for 100 years, the farm is uniquely situated in the vibrant and supportive Threefold Community of organisations all working with some aspect of the work of Austrian philosopher and spiritual scientist, Rudolph Steiner, out of who's work Biodynamic Agriculture was born. Arts, music, education, and fascinating lecture series are almost constantly on offer around the community. Hungry Hollow Co-op and the Threefold Cafe are within walking distance of every onsite rental housing option.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Full time Hourly: $22-26. Hours fluctuate from around 30/wk in winter to 50/wk in summer.
